We dispatch all orders in 1-2 business day (excluding personalised items). Please allow 2-4 business days for personalised orders.

If order is placed over a weekend, on a public holidays, and after 5pm on a weekdays, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Please note the shipping time frames are only a guidelines and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to unexpected weather or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.

Same Day / Next Day Delivery Service (Sydney only)

Please note, Same business day delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to have your order delivered on the same day, please contact our customer support on admin@littlemuxi.com.au and we will do our best to organise the delivery. Orders need to be placed by 12PM (AEDT)

Pricing for same day delivery varies based on destination and the order

The following conditions apply to same day delivery Sydney:

  • Please ensure someone is present at your designated address especially for flats, units and apartments or your instruction to leave the items outside.
  • If couriers are unable to deliver the items to you because no one is present and they could not get through the security gate (mostly for flats, unit and apartment), the items will have to be returned to the office and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery for a fee.
  • Please ensure the details of the name and address are correct. Incorrect details will occur an additional re-delivery fee if a failed delivery occurred.
  • Hospital delivery is available with the ward details and recipient details.
  • A delay or waiting time for same day deliveries will attract an extra fee.

Cancelling an order

Due to the nature of certain personalised products, we offer free cancellations up until the point that the production is commenced. Unfortunately, after production has commenced, we are unable to refund your order. If your order is for non-personalised product, we are able to cancel your order if your product is not yet shipped.

Refund, Returns and exchange policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss the matter with you and find the best solution to resolve the issue. However, in the very unlikely event that you receive a defect item or the product customisation information does not match with the actual product, please send through a photo evidence of the faulty product and the receipt (it is normally emailed to you) to our email admin@littlemuxi.com.au and we will organise a replacement at our cost. Please do not return any items unless advised by our team.

We are unable to provide a refund , return or exchange unless defect product if:

  • There is a mistake on spelling, font style, or colour choices so please make sure to check the details carefully before submitting your order.
  • Incorrect shipping address is given by the customer.
  • The item has been worn, washed and is not in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • The item is on sale, unless deemed faulty.
  • The item is silicone pacifier with opened packaging due to hygienic reasons.

Please note:

  • Postages fees are non-refundable if returns for change of mind.
  • Return postage fee for a product/s exchange is customer responsibility unless deemed faulty 
  • Little Muxi can only accept the whole items back. Sets and multipacks are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
  • If refunds for cancelled order or change of minds are processed through credit cards there will be a fee of 2.5% charge of the amount being refunded as the fee are not refundable of using their service.
  • If requesting an exchange, we must first receive the original items back before the replacement item is sent.
